Kentucky Gives Day is a fundraising event that connects Kentuckians to the causes they care about, and yesterday, many of you chose kids. Kids across the Commonwealth count on Kentucky Youth Advocates to be their voice in Frankfort, and your gifts make that a reality.

As a bipartisan, independent organization, we take no government money; we rely on donors to help us remain independent. Your gifts help us:

• Make trips to Frankfort to meet with legislators, the Governor, and other officials to change and enact policies to benefit kids and families;
• Mobilize advocates to take action on behalf of kids and families through advocacy trainings and rallies;
• Engage youth by training the next generation of leaders to advocate for themselves and their communities; and
• Help families through our case advocacy program when they don’t know where else to turn.
