Make School Campuses Tobacco-Free

House Bill 11 would help kids grow into healthy adults by enacting a statewide, comprehensive tobacco-free school campus policy.

HB 11 is sponsored by Representative Kim Moser. It has passed the Kentucky House and the Senate Health and Welfare Committee, and is awaiting a vote in the Kentucky Senate.

    I am happy to see that this bill received great milestones overtime. I can see that on 02/11/19 – “taken from the Consent Orders of the Day, placed in the Regular Orders of the Day”. This is a really recent action for this bill. I hope the House will continue to support this bill until the end.
