How will Kentucky become the best place in America to be young?

We at Kentucky Youth Advocates believe that the Commonwealth can settle for nothing less.

Over the past several legislative sessions, the Kentucky General Assembly and state government have taken several steps to improve the lives of children in the Commonwealth, and we are excited about those wins for kids. But we still have a long way to go until all children in Kentucky have the opportunity to grow and thrive.

To continue taking steps to make Kentucky the best place in America to be a child and raise a family, we need BIG IDEAS that lead to STRATEGIC ACTIONS to produce UNRIVALED RESULTS FOR KIDS. As we begin planning for the future policy agenda, we need your input.

What are the biggest challenges facing Kentucky children today? What are the greatest opportunities to make positive changes for Kentucky’s children? What are your big ideas for how to make Kentucky the best place to be a child and raise a family? What concrete policies or programs would make a positive impact on children in Kentucky?
